Delivery within Ukraine
○ Sending by Nova Poshta to a branch/post office in your city is a convenient and fast way to deliver throughout Ukraine. Please note that before placing an order, it is BEST to check whether the selected branch/post office is open. It is convenient to do this on the Nova Poshta website.
○ Delivery in Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta. Please note that shipments abroad are made by other carriers. Therefore, please select the “Worldwide delivery (FedEx/DHL Express)” shipping method when placing your order.
Payment
○ On the territory of Ukraine. Money transfer to a PrivatBank or Monobank card via your online banking. Cash on delivery is also available only in Ukraine.
○ When ordering from abroad, the following payment methods are available:
• Paypal
• Credit or debit card payments through PayPal and you don’t need to have an account with them to send payment this way, just choose pay as PayPal guest.

Custom and personalized orders
○ Ready to ship items we’ll send you in 3-5 business days after receiving payment. Custom made items needs about extra time:
– 5-7 business days to make a hat, if not sooner;
– 10-14 business days to make a vest or sweater.
○ The store is located in Ukraine. Delivery can be carried out from a warehouse in Ukraine, or can be carried out from the USA and Poland.
○ Depending on your location shipping takes about 7-21 days. This is only estimated delivery time scale and I can’t held responsibility for any shipping delays once a package has been shipped. I will try my very best to ship items out with enough time for the post office to deliver it by a certain date. Please contact me if you would like to order something and get by particular date.
Additional customs duties and buyer’s responsibility
○ Please double check your address otherwise you will be asked to pay extra for repeated shipping.
○ Customs Duty and/or Import VAT may be due. It is buyer’s responsibility to pay custom fees if applicable.
